Idell Syed: Henry, since you are not renting the garage, the landlord can use the garage for what he so wishes. It is not in your rights to tell the landlord what he can do with his own garage (no matter how much you pay for rent). If the noise is unbearable or at a late time or something like that, just nicely ask your landlord how much longer his special project may take. And see what he says.....it may be finished soon, and you won't have to worry about the noise.
