Can my employer force me to relocate to a different building but in same city but with no transportation?

Timmy Bustard: Yes your employer can force you to work in a different building in the same city with no transportation. It is completely legal for your employer to expect you to work 5 miles away. If you refuse to work in a different building, you will be fired and replaced by someone else. 5 miles is not a significant travel distance. It should not be a problem for either you or your coworker.
