Neely Youngblut: I personally have very curly hair, and while sometimes it drives me crazy with its wild nature, I like it for exactly that same reason. It's wild. I can wash it, put some mousse in it and go and I get nothing but compliments because so many people try to achieve the same affect with perms and curlers but dont get it quite right, or have stick straight hair that just lies there no matter what they do. Gordon Showes: When we look in the mirror, we can automatically see and adjust the face we're making and thus calibrate it to be the best. When someone's taking a picture, since we can't see ou! rselves, we can tend to make a different face and not realize it. I have a crooked smile. When I smile in the mirror, I automatically - without thinking - adjust so that it's not. In pictures, though, I don't have the benefit, and so it's all crooked all the time. There's one lame thing to do about it, which is to get a camera and practice your picture-face. Yep. Models do it. Arrange your face, take a picture, and try to remember how it feels. Do it over and over again with your digital camera until you can feel exactly what it's like when you're giving your best smile. Oh, and when they take that picture, keep your chin UP! Samara Siewers: Either, depending on how well taken care of the hair is. Mine is naturally straight, so I don't have to damage it to get it to look that way, but I also love curly hair.
!Gregg Hagge: Curly hair can tend to be a lot of hassle because you have to deal with a diffuser and gels. Straight hair, most of the time is just wash and go. Also, with straight hair if you want to go curly for a while you can. With curly hair, you have to go through the long process of straightening each time you want straight hair.

Maritza Ebanks: Straight hair is nice because you can brush it easily and run your fingers through it. It is low maintenance. Curly hair is nice too because it has more texture and personality. Also it seems like the plain long hair, no bangs down style looks more put together when it is curly. So...I choose curly.
